Position: Patient Services Representative (Front Desk)

Location: Saint Johns and Saint Augustine, FL offices.
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our front office team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential part of delivering a smooth and positive experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in/out patients

• Answering phones and managing appointment scheduling

• Confirming appointments and verifying insurance

• Collecting co-pays and processing payments

• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

• Re-stocking supplies and monitoring inventory

• Supporting the flow of daily clinic operations with professionalism and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferred)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented, organized, and detail-focused

• Comfort working with computers, phones, and medical software

Position: Dermatology PA or NP

Location: Saint Johns & Saint Augustine, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our clinical team, you will:

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care

• Conduct comprehensive patient exams and perform routine in-office procedures

• Educate and guide patients on treatment options

• Collaborate closely with board-certified dermatologists and a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon

• Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a provider who is:

• Licensed in the state of Florida as a PA or NP

• Has 2+ years of dermatology experience

• Skilled in using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

• A clear communicator with strong time management and organizational skills

• Passionate about delivering patient-centered care

Position: Medical Assistant

Location: Saint Johns and Saint Augustine, FL
Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, no weekends)

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant at Bold City Dermatology, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Rooming patients and recording medical history

• Assisting providers with procedures, treatments and Mohs surgery

• Preparing instruments and treatment rooms

• Performing scribe duties and documentation in EHR

• Coordinating patient education, prescriptions, and follow-ups

• Ensuring exam rooms and supplies are clean, stocked, and organized

• Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to support clinic flow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in dermatology or medical office setting (preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Medical Assistant Certification (preferred but not required)
